Your use of LumiCal is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Please review the agreement below before downloading or using the app.
1. In-App Purchases
LumiCal Pro is available through the App Store as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The price, subscription period, and purchase terms shown in the App Store at the time of purchase take precedence. Apple manages payments and subscription status.
2. Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can review, change, or cancel your subscription in the subscription settings for your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
3. Features and Data
Some features may be unavailable depending on your device, operating system, or iCloud status. You are responsible for reviewing and managing important events and any files you export.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may revise this information as the app changes or to reflect changes in applicable laws. We will announce material changes in the app or on the official LumiCal website.
